1. General Policy

At PAIDVIZ LLC, we want every customer to be satisfied. Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are generally not possible once files have been accessed or downloaded. However, customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or used.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If services have not started or been delivered within the agreed timeframe, and no substantial progress has been made.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment was made due to a processing error.
  • Unaccessed Digital Product: If the product has not been downloaded or accessed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
 

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you cancel after purchase for personal reasons.
  • Partial Services Rendered: If part of the service has been completed.
  • Completed Projects / Downloaded Files: Once digital products are accessed or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued.
 

4. Custom and Ongoing Services

As there is no ongoing service you will get the pack of templates at time of checkout so refund in this case will not be issued.

 

5. Requesting a Refund

  • Your full name and contact information
  • The service purchased and the transaction date
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
